Michael and Fonda LeClerc, 1st SkyRun Property! 2014. 

After a long career in the hotel and restaurant industry, while managing our own vacation rentals, and getting such great reviews and feedback from our guests, we decided to take the plunge and go full-time into this exciting and fast-growing industry. Partnering with SkyRun, we have found the perfect partner with the right amount of tech and marketing support from our home office in Boulder and the freedom to run our business with our own way of hospitality.    Now with over 90 properties under management, we have assembled a great team that allows us to maintain the same level of service to our owners and guests. We love the business and meeting amazing folks from around the world.

Michael LeClerc

Co-Founder/ Managing Director

I've been in the hospitality business all my life, humbly starting as a dishwasher and breakfast cook. My journey to become an award-winning executive chef weaved through Paris, Geneva, Frankfurt, Maui, and New York before landing in Park City in the late 80's.  I've used the skills honed in 5-star hotels and restaurants to create a:

"SkyRun Recipe for Success"
Which basically brings the values of organization, creativity, and hard work to my second act in this amazing vacation rental industry. Being a trained chef means going the extra mile for our guests and owners is second nature to me, and I emphasize this to my team.  I've lived here for over 30 years, and still love it here as much as ever.
In the last few years I have become a partner in Skyrun corporate entity, and having one foot in each the location level and the corporate level gives me great insight into the industry and bring best practices to our location and all 40 locations in SkyRun's ecosystem.

Fonda LeClerc

Co-Founder

Fonda is the co-founder of SkyRun Park City, along with her husband Michael. With a long history in the hospitality business, Fonda brings a 5-star hotel service attitude to the company, and while working mostly behind the scenes her impact is always apparent. Fonda likes to cook, study French and travel in her spare time.

Max Mason

General Manager

Hello! My name is Max Mason. I am a Park City local with several years of hospitality experience. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with my bachelor's in hospitality management. My favorite part of the vacation rental business is working with owners to maximize both their enjoyment and their guest’s enjoyment of the lovely natural beauty of Park City. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, and photography.

Mat Adair

Maintenance Director

Hello! I'm Mat. I was born in Colorado, but have lived in Utah for most of my life. I started learning about maintenance and repair from working with my dad. We would work on anything from a log cabin to wiring electrical for mine shafts. I started in hospitality while working for a vacation rental company in Moab. I enjoy working on homes and fixing problems. Each day brings something new, and another opportunity to make a guest happy. In my spare time, I'm most likely to be found discovering the beautiful mountains surrounding us. I enjoy camping, hiking, off-roading, or just relaxing with family and friends.

Melanie Adair

Operations Manager

Hi! I'm Melanie. I was born and raised in Utah, and this beautiful place is my home. I originally started my career path in retail management, but fortunately found my real passion in hospitality management while working for a vacation rental company in Moab. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Eagle Gate College, and a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University. After being in this industry for almost a decade, I still feel just as passionate about what I do as I did when I first started. I love working with our guests and owners to create unforgettable memories. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and family. We're usually heading to the mountains to hike, camp, or just relax in our hammocks. 

Sandra Davidson

Owner Success Manager

My name is Sandra, and as the Owner Success Manager for SkyRun Park City my main goal is sharing the SkyRun Difference with our new owners.  I have over 20 years of experience in the cruise, travel and hospitality industry and I love sharing my knowledge and passion with our property owners and team to help them reach their goals. In my free time I love skiing, hiking, spending time with my husband (Tod,) kids (Dylan and Owen,)  and pups (Chip and Dwight,) and watching Florida football-Go Gators!

Angie Gaona

Property Inspector
Hello everyone, I’m originally from Asunción, the capital of Paraguay which is located in South America. I love cultures and languages, I’m fluent in 4 of them right now and when pandemic started I studied German. My real passions are to travel, nature, concerts and love animals!! In my spare time you can always find me listening to music, reading, going for long walks with my doggies or just enjoying beautiful sunsets. I also love soccer and was used to play it. What I really like about working for vacation rental industry is that I know how guests and home owners might feel like when going to their places, me as a traveler got expectations about the place I’m renting so as a property inspector I will always do my best trying to keep high quality standards in order for guests and home owners feel comfortable and happy. I’m pretty detailed oriented and will make sure a home is ready before guests arrive.
