100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

| Getting to the slopes | Walk up the stairs off the back patio to gain access to the Woodside Ski Trail. This trail will allow you to ski down to the base of Town Lift on Main Street. From there you can ride up the mountain and ski down the other side to reach Park City Mountain Resort. See the diagram in the property photos for more detail. |
