Step into this wonderfully remodeled unit at the Gambler on Deer Valley Drive and experience Park City to its fullest!
This 3-bedroom condo is a great choice for families and friends looking for a relaxing time in the mountains. It is newly remodeled with 3.5 bathrooms and a common hot tub just outside the door of your unit. Main street park city is under a 10-minute walk away making it super convenient to explore Park City without a need for your vehicle or to hunt down parking. There is also the free Park City bus to the slopes that picks up just outside the building on Deer Valley Drive, so you can enjoy skiing in the morning and then relax at the condo in the afternoon without having to worry about parking and navigating the town.

Parking Note: There is only parking available for Two Vehicles in the Underground Garage. Clearance is Low. Do not bring oversized vehicles. Clearance for the Parking Garage is 81 Inches.

The first level features include newly replaced flooring, a wonderful dining table for family dinners, a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for those quick snacks in between hitting the slopes, and a powder room in the entryway hall. The first floor is also home to the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen smart tv, a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace, and access to an outdoor patio with seating and a propane gas grill.

The second floor is home to the primary bedroom which features a comfortable King size bed, two closets, a large flat screen smart television, and a gorgeous newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with a glass and stone shower. Just outside the primary bedroom is the closet which holds the brand new LG stacked washer and dryer for those needing to do some washing during their visit. Just past the laundry, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet which services the bunk area on the second floor. The bunk area is just a few steps away from that hallway bathroom and has three twin beds two of which are part of a bunk bed perfect for families bringing kids or those in need of extra sleeping space for their ski trips.

Finally, there is the third floor which contains a comfortable King guest bedroom with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
