100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

There is a large dining table and breakfast bar for additional seating.
In the master, there is a spacious layout including a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features two vanities and a stand-up shower. In the second bedroom, there are 2 queen-sized beds with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination.
