100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

A cozy 2 bedroom condo with a private entrance nestled between Park City and Deer Valley offers granite countertops, a spacious floor plan, and a communal hot tub. This property is ideal for a small family or group looking to escape to the mountains for a serene mountain getaway but, it can sleep up to 6 people!
The large sectional in the living room allows for plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. This sofa also pulls out to sleep 2 people. Granite countertops give the kitchen a sleek and modern feel with plenty of space to cook a delicious meal during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and starter supplies (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). Enjoy a cup of joe from the Keurig or drip coffee makers and a home-cooked breakfast at the dining table before heading off on the day's adventures. There is a stacked washer and dryer available just off of the kitchen.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a small deck just off of this bedroom to take in the fresh mountain air, first thing. The ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination will make mornings a breeze. The second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
Enjoy year-round comfort with baseboard heating in the winter and newly installed air conditioning for the summer months.
There are two parking spaces in a secure garage available as well as additional outdoor parking, steps away from the front door. A communal hot tub is a brief walk from the condo along with a nice outdoor seating area. Walk over to the bus stop where you can take a bus to Deer Valley Mountain, Park City Mountain, Canyons, or Kimball Junction for FREE! Main Street is also walking distance from the home where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping options. A short drive up Marsac Ave will give you access to several beautiful hiking trails during the summer months.
