After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Enjoy the shared hot tub after a long day on the slopes, which are just steps away from your front door. During the summer months, enjoy proximity to trails on Park City mountain, whether hiking or mountain biking. Cool off in the outdoor pool and enjoy the fresh mountain air! A walk into town will allow you to enjoy the music, art, history, and dining Main Street has to offer.
This top-floor condo brings in ample natural light and offers gorgeous vaulted ceilings. The full-sized kitchen will allow the chef in your family to create all of your favorite home-cooked meals during your vacation and features both Keurig and drip coffee machines. A large dining table can seat up to 6 people. The living room features comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy some fresh air on the quaint balcony just outside of the living room. There is plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy your time in the mountains while still getting work done if needed.
