100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the premier cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.
60 days prior to arrival, deposit becomes non-refundable.
45 days prior to arrival the balance of the booking is due.
At that point, the reservation is non-refundable in full.

With an amazing location and sleeping up to 14, the Empire Ski Chalet will charm you with its 4 bedrooms 4 baths, private hot tub, and 2 car garage. Walk right across the street to the slopes. After the day on the mountain come home to your private home with a great kitchen, comfortable living room, and 4 bedrooms. It's so close to the slopes you can come home for lunch!
This unique home offers ample natural light, a unique interior design, and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy Park City in style. The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals with a dining table that can seat 8! There is a private BBQ on the deck with breathtaking views of Park City Mountain Resort. The hot tub is located just off of the patio, allowing you to take in the stunning view while soaking away your adventurous day. The living room is outfitted with tasteful furnishings that will be perfect for a movie or game night with the family.
The first floor features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room, and spacious deck. There is also a queen-sized bed in the bedroom on this level. Up the unique winding staircase is the third floor where there is a foyer with a desk that is perfect for remote work. The bunk room is to the right of the staircase, with one twin over-twin bunk bed and 2 twins over double bunk beds. Perfect for the kids, it even has its own spacious bathroom. The master is to the left of the staircase; featuring a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and the best views in the house.
