100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

For bookings made with 3rd party booking sites, like vrbo, airbnb etc, guests will have to initiate cancellation from the booking site.

Snow Flower Condos are well known among locals as the best location on the mountain. Ski right to the back door, and a short walk in the morning to Mountain Eagle, and 3 Kings Chairs. Free Park city bus system to Main Street and Deer Valley picks up 100 feet away. Come home for lunch, or as you please. Great hiking/mountain biking is just out your door.

Snow Flower #17 is a studio condo with one bathroom located on the second floor of building 1.
The open floor plan offers an efficient, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal. A comfortable queen-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night’s rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while a large chest of drawers keeps belongings tucked away. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski and taking in the beautiful views.
