100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

This modern and clean townhome provides a family-friendly space with plenty of natural light. This home is located only a 10-minute drive from Deer Valley Ski Resort and 15 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort. You also have easy access to the highway going to all the other major ski resorts including Snowbird, Alta, and Snow Basin, all within 45 minutes. For outdoors enthusiasts, you are minutes away from the Jordanelle reservoir for all water activities and multiple hiking and biking trails. And for dinner plans, the restaurant options of Park City including historic Main Street are 10 minutes away.
The interior provides a fully functional home workspace complete with a desk, printer, and desk chair; perfect for remote work! 200Mbps wifi also ensures that you will be able to complete any work necessary during your visit. In the kitchen; enjoy the stainless steel gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Stone countertops accent the fully equipped kitchen, which will have everything you need to cook at home and the dining table has enough space for 6 people to enjoy meals together.
The living room features a gas fireplace and a 65-inch smart TV with surround sound. Stay comfortable with a gas heater and AC with Eco Bee Thermostat. The outdoor patio features a grill and furniture (install date December 2021). Do your laundry at home! The full-sized washer and dryer are high-efficiency and located in a private room on the second story.
In the main bedroom, you'll find the first king-sized bed and a reclining chair with a 55-inch TV. The ensuite master bath features a soaker tub, a separate shower, and double vanity with two sinks.
The second bedroom features another king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and 40 inch TV.
The third bedroom features a new Twin over Queen Bunk Bed and closet.
