100% refund up to 48 hours after booking, as long as the booking is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are subject to the relaxed cancellation policies.
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

For bookings made with 3rd party booking sites, like vrbo, airbnb etc, guests will have to initiate cancellation from the booking site.

The loft bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV, a cozy sitting area, and a small table with three chairs. There is a door from this loft that leads out to the 3rd story-building hot tub but, you'll have to prop the door open to ensure you don't get locked out! The master bedroom features a king and a twin with a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom. There are a microwave and mini-fridge in the bathroom along with a bathtub/shower combination.
This location is truly hard to beat being just a short walk to the chairlift, but you can also enjoy a variety of dining options in the Village. Main Street is just a short drive or shuttle ride away if you're looking to explore the vast options for entertainment including dining, shopping, art galleries, and more.
