After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 95% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 45 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund is offered.
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.

This mountain modern, renovated, and professionally managed 3 bedroom condo overlooks the Park Meadows Golf Club. The master bedroom is ensuite, and there are a queen bedroom and a loft with 2 twin beds.
Sleeping Arrangements:
-Master bedroom features a king-sized bed.
-Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a loft.
-Loft features two twin beds.
Up the stairs, you will find both bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed outfitted with Pendleton bed furnishings and a flat-screen TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a double vanity sink.
The second bedroom features ample sunlight and Pendleton bed furnishings with unique furniture that give the room a sweet, vintage feel. Up the stairs, find the loft area with two twin beds. Also furnished with Pendleton blankets, this cozy loft is perfect for kids. There is a closet with hangers for storage in the loft bedroom. There is also a stunning view of a serene pond just outside the window of the loft, allowing for plenty of natural light. The loft and second bedroom share access to the hall bathroom just outside the bedroom.
Garage Parking for one vehicle.
