With the perfect location and a complete remodel in soothing neutral colors, the Ski Village Loft is ready to host your family or group in grand style!

The Ski Village Loft provides a garage space for one car with a parking pass. No second pass is available. Parking for one car only. 

If you’ve been searching for the ideal Park City ski-in/ski-out condo with a fully-equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, modern mini-split heating/cooling, two master suites, and comfortable accommodations for a total of 8 guests, you have found it here. The slopes are a mere 25 feet away!

Our favorite unit is right on the slopes of the largest resort in the USA, Park City by Vail Resorts.
Our fantastic condo has just received a to the studs remodel and is amazing!

Whichever season you decide to visit; you’ll enjoy a lovely mountain view from your private deck. During the season, take in the winter wonderland and all the activities. In the warm months, enjoy the serenity of the verdant green mountains. 

The living room boasts a leather sectional sofa precisely positioned in front of a roaring fireplace. The flat-screen TV comes complete with a full range of cable channels, so enjoy your favorite TV show, the latest movie, or that anticipated sporting event. 

Watch the chef at work in the spacious kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. The cozy eat-in space provides a central gathering point for the group. 

The first-floor master suite provides a true sanctuary for one lucky couple. A private deck offers a romantic star-gazing vantage point and the king bed provides a restful night's slumber. A kitchenette boasts a mini-fridge and microwave to enjoy your breakfast in quiet solitude before starting your day. The private bath has been updated with new amenities.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first is a second master suite, this one with a queen-size bed, perfect for watching TV on the wall-mounted flat screen. Another private deck might just lend itself well to a late-night glass of wine or mug of hot chocolate. The private bath offers modern fixtures, with a large walk-in shower. 

The third bedroom is loft-style, overlooking the downstairs living area. It has both a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunks, so it’s a perfect space for both adults and kids. This room utilizes a guest bath.

The Ski Village Loft also provides a garage space for one car.
