Property Description

This luxurious 3,184 square foot 4 bedroom 3-story duplex with views of the Deer Valley slopes is near the shores of the Jordanelle Reservoir and is the ideal vacation home for large families, several families that want to vacation together, or a getaway with friends. There are two large living areas for gatherings, and it has all the amenities of home for every member of the family including a new 7-person jetted hot tub, wireless internet with the fastest provider available in the neighborhood, top-of-the-line appliances, two blu-ray players, a full size pool table, a poker table, and even an X-Box One! There are 3 Roku video streaming players with active YouTube TV accounts that will allow you to watch all 4 major networks, 3 Fox Sports and 5 ESPN channels for the sports fans, along with all the other stations in the YouTube TV lineup..  There is also a NuVo whole house music system that lets you play your favorite tunes using your iPhone through an airplay connection or Android with a chromecast.
The main level has one large living area with a fireplace, a 55” flat-screen TV with a blu-ray player, and a convenient half-bathroom close to the 2-car garage. The appliances in the kitchen are all Viking: microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and double oven.  There are new Calphalon pots and pans, and the toaster and coffee-maker are Cuisinarts. The large sinks and granite countertops with unfinished edges make preparing a gourmet meal a luxurious experience. If cooking inside doesn’t appeal to you, there is a gas grill just outside on the balcony. The Bosch dishwasher will quietly work while you sleep. The dining table seats 8, and there is a pull-out leaf that will allow a few more to join at the table. The granite countertops with unfinished edges also top a breakfast bar that will seat 4, so everyone can eat together before beginning the day’s adventures. This level also has a laundry room, with a full-sized LG washer and dryer. The first master bedroom is on this level; it has a king-sized bed with a very comfortable memory-foam mattress, 50” television, walk-in closet with lots of storage space, and an attached full bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.
The top level of the house has two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One bedroom holds a king-sized bed that is topped with a memory-foam mattress. The other room has two bunks with trundles, sleeping 6!
The lower level has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom across the hall from a full bathroom. This level also has a large living area, with a fireplace and a 40” flat-screen TV. An X-Box One is here along with a blu-ray player. There is a full-sized pool table as well as a poker table. The bar is also topped with granite with unfinished edges, and there is a Sub-zero mini-fridge to hold your favorite beverages. This level is perfect for late-night poker games or kids trying to burn off the last of their energy while not disturbing the adults upstairs. Right outside the sliding door is a new 7-person hot tub to complete this fun level.
Park City is world renowned for skiing, but summertime activities also are plentiful, from boating, paddle boarding, fishing and whitewater rafting and kayaking, to hiking and mountain-biking. Or just kick back, relax and enjoy the scenery while taking in an outdoor concert.
This home is ideally situated. It is a 40 minute, mostly highway, drive from  Salt Lake City International Airport. The back entrance to Deer Valley, the Jordanelle Gondola, is a 5 minute drive just across the highway. The front entrance of Park City Mountain Resort is 13 minutes (8.8 miles) away, and the Canyons base is 15 miles away, an 18 minute drive. For the non-skiers, or those that want to try the skeleton or bobsled  or a challenging ropes course, Olympic Park is 14 miles away. For the cross-country skiers, or those wanting to try their skills on a biathlon course, Soldier’s Hollow is 14 miles away. These venues are where the Olympians train, and viewing is open to the public.
For summer activities, Jordanelle State Park is less than one mile away for boating and paddle boarding. Class 2 Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking are 30 minutes away on the Weber River. For great hikes and open forest, the entrance to the Uinta Wasatch-Cache National Forest is about 20 miles away. There are many outfitters for horseback riding and fishing. Deer Valley boasts world class flowriding downhill cycling facilities.

No parking on the road, the HOA is strict about street parking and will tow.

You can place your order beforehand and then when you arrive, simply stop by the Smiths on the way up the canyon and your groceries will be already scanned, bagged and ready to just pay and go.
