The gas fireplace will warm you right up as you enjoy quality time with friends and family in the cozy living room. Use the stocked kitchen to create home-cooked meals or take a shuttle to Main Street to enjoy famous Park City fine dining. There is a spacious balcony, perfect for summer months, that overlooks the surrounding mountainous horizon.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and a large vanity. There is a sofa sleeper in the comfortable living room in front of the fireplace.
Shadow Ridge is one of the original buildings in Park City, built in 1980! The building features an
outdoor pool, a fitness room, sauna, hot tub, a ski rental shop, communal laundry and underground parking facilities. The selling factor of this unit is the location of this building. In under 5 minutes, you'll be on the Crescent lift about to enjoy an amazing day of skiing! The Park City Mountain Village also features a number of shops and restaurants to pick from. During the summer, enjoy close proximity to hiking trails and the farmers market every Wednesday.
